Khichuri masala is a type of spice blend that mainly makes Khichuri dishes tasty and aromatic. It is usually made by mixing various dried and roasted spices such as coriander, cumin, turmeric, dried chilies, ginger, garlic and sometimes hot spices (cinnamon, cardamom, cloves).

খিচুড়ি মশলা হল এক ধরনের মশলার মিশ্রণ যা মূলত খিচুড়ি রান্নাকে স্বাদিশ ও সুগন্ধী করে তোলে। এটি সাধারণত বিভিন্ন শুকনো ও ভাজা মসলা যেমন ধনে, জিরা, হলুদ, শুকনো লঙ্কা, আদা, রসুন এবং কখনও কখনও গরম মসলা (দারচিনি, এলাচ, লবঙ্গ) মিশিয়ে তৈরি করা হয়।
